i read a lot of review from other blogs about Susuk movie, and so far most of them gives positive comments.
i came through this question while reading yasmin ahmad blog comment.

Soalan aku :
Semasa Adlin cakap kat Diana rafar (diana rafar dahulu) yang dia akan buat susuk keramat pada diana (soraya) ..'dua hari lagi...' maksudnya adlin nak buat kat gudang pada akhir cerita tu ke yg scene gantung2 tu? Kalau ya kenapa pulak watak Ida nerina tu yg jadi mangsa(yg pakai rambut palsu warna gold).. ish x paham tol...
Atau soalan aku :
Siapakah yang di maksud Adlin pada Ida Nerina (diana rafar kini) 'tinggal lagi seorang saja mangsa untuk kau bunuh supaya kau akan muda selamanya...' ??
Atau :
Kenapa Ida dan Norkhiriah (mastura) datang ke gudang tu di akhir cerita??
Sesiapa tolong jawapkan.. TQ
i don't know what amir muhammad's answer will be, but if for me, my interpretations would be as follow:
1. watak ida nerina yg warna gold mungkin adalah perwatakan rupa wajah yg perlu ada pada diri suraya supaya kelihatan lebih lengkap untuk menjadi penyayi. kita x diperkenalkan dengan watak ida nerina berambut gold, mungkin disebabkan ketidakperluannya. i think it's just the physical self that soraya and dukun dewangga (AR adlin) needs.
2. the director trying to confuse us as we would think that soraya (linda rafar) would be the next victim to suzana (ida nerina).. the next victim remain unknown..
3. probably suzana come to the extend that she had done horrible things, and she revisit the place where she had the susuk keramat and felt sorry for what had happened. ala.. mcm terkenang la zaman mude2 dulu. begitula..
mastura is her PA. she has to follow wherever suzana takes her to.
and again, the director trying to play with our feeling. we thought that suzana come to the place to get her last victim (which is soraya la, but the fact is, it is not)
and i wonder who wrote this at their blog?
"50% bathing scenes, 40% lesbian scenes and 10% no-meaning scenes"

1 and 2 would be correct.
3. means you didn't stay until the ending of the movie; you will definitely see who Suzana's last victim is.

ye, the woman who was in the car with her. that's the tragedy ler, that she had to kill someone close to her.
Tumpang lalu..From my understanding la ni ye..So, kalo salah, minta maaaf..hehehe..
a)watak ida yg warna gold tu hanya lah sebagai "galang ganti' utk transition soraya to suzana.. in fact, everything dlm cite ni ada galang ganti..suzana langgar pantang, ada je yg kena mati..betul tak? tp, i might say yg dewangga nya taste mmg hina la kan..sbb amik pelacur je utk ganti jadik celebrity..tp on the other hand, who cares kalo seorg pelacur hilang..xde siapa yg akan report polis..benefit to dewangga..cumanya, xde la plak previous clients yg query pasal tu ye?? pelik, pelik..hehehe
2) Never occur rasanya yg the director tried to confused us yg soraya akan jadik next victim. Kalo tgk, mana ada scene yg ada both of
them and people around them pun berbeza except for dewangga la..
3) i agree yg mastura is the last victim sbbnya she is the last person yg meant something to suzana. To be diva, u cant have anyone dear to u.. in this case none at the end..
i think why suzana visiting all places to sbb nya dia nak narrates story pada mastura.. or maybe ada remorse dlm diri dia mengatakan "what have i done?!.." kiranya dah nak nyesal gitu..hehehe..tp for me byk pada dia nak visualize apa yg dah jadik pada diri dia all these years..is it "all these years or only a year??
cuma 1 je query ku..napa after suzana cross sungai at the end tu dia x jadik apa2..i know that "river" carries important msg. The same bila dia cross the river time nak gi kubur her sister tu..something happen kan? Is it sebab last tu dia dah capai tahap susuk keramat, where she is untouchable..menyebabkan sungai cant do anything dah..erm, erm..sapa nak jawab tu ye...hehehe..anyway, nice performance..i can feel the hidden emotion actually..

2) tapikan, when actually do you start to know that soraya and suzana is the same person? towards the end kan? (unless you already know the story from the beginning la). sbb tu, penonton hanya dapat tau ttg sape itu suzana only at the end of the film
so i guess it's intentionally, and it works!
why i thought the last victim is not mastura because:
1. die x pakai susuk. i thoughht the vicim only to those yg pakai susuk.
2. when they cross the putrajaya river, suzana broke the rules (again.) mastura happened to be at her side. that's why she was attacked.
or..
3. (x tau la kalau bole terima jugak) mastura is her last victim for the last curse and 1st victim for the new curse..
haha.. dah kene buat susuk 2 pulak kot

a) Hehe, sure nak tau rahsiacamno we all tau? Me and fren ada baca somewhere pasal suzana adalah soraya. But then, towards the end kita dpt tau gakkan? Well, mmg intention director, i believe, nak play with our mind, which works..
b)I think mastura mmg tak pakai susuk and marcella too..kalo kita guna "ground" xde kuar susuk dr muka mcm mona la kan.. well, marcella mati sbb soraya tu mmg jahki kat minah tu..hahaha..sbb P.O.Y.O sgt..itu je..kalo org pakai susuk je yg mati, napa rozana x mati? mana dia @ the end cite tu?
c)if u still remember dewangga ada mention pada suzana, aku akan tunjukkan mangsa terakhir ko..mcm tu la lebih kureng dianya dialog..& masa tu me & fren dah tau mmg mastura la..sbbnya dia dah rekindle balik ngan mastura & dewangga x abis2 buat komen2 "maut" pasal dia nampak happy dpt jumpa mastura balik..I believe mmg dia nya plan nak bawak mastura jalan2. Kononya nak bercerita..tpnya nak carik jln nak bunuh org tu at ease..
d)cumanya yg masih menjadi teka teki bila 1. mcmana suzana bley cross river tp x diconsider langgar pantang.. 2. tetiba je dia dah bley membunuh time siang..sbb tu la i rasa dia dah capai tahap susuk keramat..dats y dia dah immune ngan semua benda...
Bole nak buat susuk seterusnya..tp carik la suara yg lebih suitable..buat kelakar betul..better guna suara yg kita x familiar..instead guna suara nora & sheila tu..as crowd puller, there should be scenes yg people become "awed" dgn diaorg ni..baru menjadik..hehehe
