i figure something in these couples of days..
and i need to overcome this fast
I'm gaining weight!
my waste line increasing and so is my punggung line
'Amoi, make sure jangan gemok aaa bulan 4 bulan 5 ni. nanti sy susah mau modify awak punye baju'
Peringatan kepada diri sendiri:
1) START EXERCISE NOW!!! (i should start jogging in the morning, before work)
2) DO NOT EAT AFTER 8PM!!! (occasionally bole la)
3) START PUASA!!!
