diet

i have some pleasant meal on my birthday weekend

one day it's Bali Food, next day it's Thai Food, next is BBQ day and finally Authentic Indonesia Food.

good food made my day. it's really been a long time since i had these kinda meal. i mean, last time when i work far away from home, i have a lot of chances of eating at a lot of places. nowadays, i guess i have to settle more on home cooking since my work place it's just like 5 minutes away from home, and Kajang only famous for it's 3 meats on a stick thingy.

since, i'm starting on my diet soon, i would like to introduce you the newest way on having a diet meal in our daily lives.

you know what, since we are small, we are exposed on eating more carbs the most right and less fat. remember the food pyramid?

how wrong can these scientis be all this while. bile orang dah gemuk semua baru la nak ngaku salah

so, now, they are proposing the new food pyramid, where rice is actually on top of the pyramid. not even top, but half top.

wah.. so different one.

so, to make it clear.. i'm only eating rice the most twice a week. other than that, i'll be eating wholemeal bread only, with lots of vege and proteins.
no more nasi lemak in the morning and also roti canai.
no more teh tarik, only teh o or air suam
dinner should be done by 8 pm
and exercise every morning before work by jogging around my housing area

these will be my resolution starting 15/2/09 (after bangkok.. hehe) until 6/6/09.
